The Restaurant by Pierre Balthazar

The Restaurant by Pierre Balthazar: an extension of the polished environment of The Hotel. Brussels, yet a place with a mind of its own!

Pierre Balthazar invited 3 international guest chefs to propose their interpretations of the same basic ingredients: Luigi Taglienti of the Michelin star restaurant Trussardi in Milan, Michaël Fulci of Les Tarraillers in Biot Cannes and Oth Sombath of the Thai restaurant Aux Trois Nagas in Paris. Each chef was presented with a list of 9 ingredients and invited to create their own dish with each of them. All chefs furthermore propose 2 variations of their dish: a classic and a creative interpretation. With over 54 dishes on the menu, and the option to choose any dish as a starter or as an entrée, diners will be spoilt for choice.
