The Get Smart Team strives to add innovative and creative videos about Real Estate in Northeast Florida (Jacksonville, St. Johns County, Clay County) and try to stay away from the ordinary.  Our motto is "Not Your Average Agents" which we really try to live by in everything that we do.  We currently are new to Youtube and just building our channel, but we feel like we have something new to say in the Real Estate video world.  For us, the quality of content is more important than the amount of content.  Join us on our journey as we grow and feel free to add input for future videos you would like to see.
