The Fitness Protection Program

This is the official YouTube account of Fitness Protection, LLC, a comprehensive, virtual, cardio-based fitness experience designed to protect your health for life.

The Fitness Protection Program offers three suites of products that capture the lifecycle of a runner: 

1. Runner, Interrupted- coach-guided support through periods of injury
2. (Re)Build - One program, two groups: Build is for folks who are new to running or new to fitness in general; (Re)Build is for experienced runners who are returning after an extended period (6+ months) of inactivity or not-running
3. Maintain- suitable for folks who want to maintain fitness in between training cycles, improve strength and coordination during the off-season, or just want a plan to follow even if racing isn't your thing (we get it and don't care if you race, ever). This suite of programs includes training plans for half and full marathons as well as stacked and multi-day events like Disney, The Flying Pig and Looney Challenges.
