The Anxious Resistance

This is the Anxious Resistance! I am someone who struggled for years with Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I have spent a lot of time researching mental health and am currently a Registered Nurse working Inpatient Psychiatry. I currently have my bachelor's degree in Nursing and am pursuing a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Degree. I'm here to help spread the news that there is hope for even the most treatment resistant person. I believe in sharing news about mental health whether that's an experimental treatment or a new drug that has entered the market. There is hope in your struggle!
