Welcome to "Journey Through History with Jack"!

I’m Jack (who would’ve guessed...). I’m on a JOURNEY to explore the food, places, and stories that shaped HISTORY (see what I did there? Fits with the name. I’m so clever 🤪).

From ancient China to the Industrial Age, I’ll recreate these dishes and uncover how they fueled empires and everyday life. But history isn’t just found in food—so I’ll also travel to historic cities, museums, and sights to bring the past to life.
