    You might recognize Sonia Satra from her days on Guiding Light and One Life to Live, as Lucy Cooper Spaulding and psycho nurse Barbara. In addition to starring on daytime soaps, Sonia has acted on the stage, produced and directed independent films, and continues to act onstage and onscreen, most recently appearing in the Emmy-award winning miniseries The Men Who Built America and the upcoming Sons of Liberty and American Genius. A seasoned adventurer, she has climbed the highest mountains in the continental US and Norway, sky-dived, bungee-jumped, horse-back-ridden, and traveled all around the world. She now brings her passion for adventure and mind-body alignment to the fitness world.
