Smokin' Beau's BBQ

Hey guys and gals! Beau Briscoe here! I'm from small town Oklahoma and grew up on central Texas BBQ. In the past several years, my job with the US Navy has given me the opportunity to travel around the country and try almost EVERYONE'S styles and flavors of BBQ. This is just a place for me to show you as (and how) I hone my craft and work towards retiring and maybe owning my own restaurant in the future! Thanks for watching!
