We're podcast hosts, content creators, and advocates from the Hudson Valley, New York. As women living with disabilities, we bring a unique perspective to every conversation.
From Grammy Award-winning artists and actors to comedians, authors, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, we go beyond the headlines to share authentic conversations that entertain, inspire, and connect. You'll also find honest product reviews, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes moments.
