Safe Satvik School is the home of Safe Yoga School and the evolving Safe Spaces Project.

Safe Yoga School has been training safe yoga teachers since 2011 through a safety-first approach rooted in anatomy-informed movement, emotional awareness, nervous-system respect, and practical teaching skills.

The Safe Spaces Project expands that same philosophy beyond the yoga room, exploring how sound, light, scent, touch, movement, memory, caregiving, sensitivity, rest, and environment shape how safe we feel in our bodies and in the spaces around us.

This channel includes safe yoga conversations, teacher training reflections, guided meditation, sleep audio, highly sensitive person insights, nervous-system support, and resources for creating calmer inner and outer spaces.
