Rhythm Meditations with Zorina Wolf

These rhythm videos are a practice.   Set aside a half hour to embody a rhythm.
Start simple, building up the footsteps with the voice. 
When we begin to share our voices, see what you can answer back.  
Always come basic to the basic chant to stabilize yourself within the rhythm if you get lost. 

Lie down or sit down at the end of the process.  See what shows up. 
You might keep a rhythm journal where you share a few words at the end of your rest.
