This site is dedicated to providing valuable information about Pregnancy, Birth, and Wellness for everyone.  I am a childbirth educator, depth hypnosis practitioner, and yoga instructor. After 3 years of attending births as a professional doula, I knew my clients needed more skills for birth.  I began training in HypnoBirthing, became certified, and starting teaching HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education. My natural birth rate went from 45% to 75%. After teaching the HypnoBirthing curriculum for a couple of years, I continued to develop myself through training as a Hypnotherapist, and Depth Hypnosis practitioner.   I became keenly aware of the ways in which my clients needed more than what HypnoBirthing offered. So I developed my own curriculum including pregnancy guided meditation for relaxation for birth and labor.  My natural birth rate increased again.
