Roots Down Homestead (formerly Quinta Life)

Thanks for landing on our channel. We're Marc and Allys, a couple who left the UK in search of somewhere we could build a homestead, become self-sufficient and connect with nature. This led us to one of Portugal's beautiful natural parks.

Follow us, Roots Down Homestead, as we go from absolute homesteading beginners to learning new skills in farming, permaculture, land regeneration, DIY and much more. We try to have fun along the way too, join us on our adventure!
