Proceed 2 Checkout

Proceed 2 Checkout is a channel for Amazon customers, like you!

Now you’re probably thinking: “Amazon is so easy to use,” and yes, to some extent it is. But from my experience (helping tens of thousands of Amazon customers over the years) I can almost guarantee that you’re probably not using Amazon to the fullest.
So, whether you’re an absolute Amazon “newbie” or a seasoned pro, consider this channel as your free reference tool and user guide.

My name is Rasheed Larney, and I’m a former Amazon Customer Service Team Leader and Buyer Risk Investigator. I started this channel because I love helping people and sharing my knowledge, and I really wanted to reach more people than I could at Amazon. So be sure to comment, say hello, ask questions, share your thoughts with other viewers, and let me know what kind of videos you’d like to see.

On Proceed 2 Checkout you’ll find weekly tips and tutorials for Amazon customers, just like you.
