Petra Contrada | Release subconscious blocks

Do you feel internally blocked or trapped in old patterns—even though you’ve already worked hard on yourself?

I’m Petra Contrada—energy healer, coach, and mentor. With my Noesis Integration™ method, I help you recognize and release subconscious blocks, energetic imbalances, and old patterns—for greater self-confidence, inner security, and emotional freedom.

On this channel, you’ll discover what’s unconsciously holding you back and how you can create lasting change from within.

Noesis Integration™ combines energy healing and coaching into a holistic approach to transformation. This includes, among other things, the Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Belief Code®.

Release what’s holding you back. Become who you truly are.
