WHAT IS 21ST CENTURY TAI CHI?
Adapting the art to the needs of a new time and place....
STYLES: There is no one style. All approaches offer equal value and insights. My Forms are derived from both the Cheng Man-ch’ing tradition, Beijing combined while Drills, qigong etc arise from all styles.
SCHEDULES & TIMES: Courses are designed and planned for you to decide when, where and how often you train.
INCLUSIVE: Each course takes you step by careful step from the very beginning. 
SUPPORT: Online support comes via a community forum, direct email and messaging, or by attending one of the online retreats throughout the year.
TRADITIONS: We learn from the past, but are not held hostage to it. So we don't wear uniforms, nor use jargon and avoid formal terms when possible (Preferring Bert or Janet over master or sifu for example).
