New Teacher Academy

Welcome to the New Teacher Academy where we want to be different from day one. That means experimenting and innovating and rewriting the rules as a new teacher. I'm John Spencer, a former middle school teacher and current college professor, author, and speaker. I am passionate about seeing new teachers reach their full potential through tons of tiny experiments.
