towardsaregulatedworld

Towards a Regulated World explores how our inner worlds shape the outer world and how we might change what we unconsciously repeat and pass on.

Hosted by Lou Lebentz, psychotherapist, speaker and creator of The Voyage®, this channel brings together films and conversations about trauma, human behaviour, attachment, relationships, healing, leadership, culture, conflict and social change.

The work begins with the individual, but it does not end there. What happens within us can shape how we love, parent, lead, care, teach, and respond to one another, and it can travel through families, organisations, and generations.

This is not about reducing every human problem to trauma, or regulation to simply becoming calmer. It is about understanding what shapes us and creating more possibility in how we respond.

The Voyage® is one practical expression of this wider work, which you can read about here: www.thevoyageacademy.com

Because what happens within us does not stay within us.
