Lives of the Unconscious

A new episode is published every 1-2 weeks on Friday. Recommended readings can be found attached to each respective episode. 

We, Cécile Loetz and Jakob Müller, are two young PhD scientists and psychotherapists. In our podcast we devote ourselves to topics around psychotherapy, contemporary psychoanalysis, and psychodynamic therapy methods, as well as social issues. In the process, we try to unravel a thing or two about the riddles of the unconscious and to awaken curiosity in understanding oneself and one's environment better. We also engage with topics on psychoanalytic practice, such as trauma, borderline, autism, or anxiety disorders. Or we speak about how exactly one should imagine the process of psychotherapy and what the work in therapy actually consists of.
