Live, Love, Yoga with Kimberly

Kimberly has been practicing yoga for 8 years, and she's all about sharing the goodness of yoga with her community. She started practicing yoga as a personal practice, and it turned into a full-blown love affair. Over time, she explored different yoga styles and traveled to Indonesia for her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification by Yoga Alliance.

For Kimberly, yoga is more than just practicing yoga poses on a mat. It's a way of life that she believes can help us balance our work and personal lives. She's all about practicing mindfulness in everything she does.

Kimberly's teaching is rooted in kindness and gratitude. She encourages her students to be compassionate with themselves and others, fostering a sense of happiness and balance in life. Her goal is to inspire people to keep coming back to their yoga practice.

Kimberly is here to help you discover the joys of yoga and a balanced life, one step at a time. She's all about making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
