Spadluv

Since 2015, I have documented my journey to suck less at DH MTB.

If you are looking to find The Flow, I can help. The Flow is the blissful zone where everything comes together.
It's not about going the fastest or jumping big.
It's about feeling good on the bike and enjoying the best sport ever. Mountain biking allows:
- Stress Relief
- Escape Reality
- Improve Well-Being
- Mental Break
- Mood Booster
- Recharge
- Etc.

I live a few minutes from Pal Arinsal, Vallnord Bike Park, Andorra.
If you plan a visit, check out my reviews of all the tracks.

I started DH MTB in 2015 when I was 45 years old.
At first, this channel was about documenting my journey, focusing on crashes and failures.

Today, I share my vision of the sport and tips to make you a better rider.
