Balance: Chronic Illness Care

Welcome to Balance — the chronic illness care app for people navigating autoimmunity, POTS, MCAS, mold illness, CIRS, Lyme disease, long COVID, EDS, chronic fatigue, and other complex chronic conditions.

Balance is more than a symptom tracker. It’s the next step after symptom tracking, with practical tools to help you support your body every day.

Inside the app, you’ll find gentle exercise and low-impact workouts for chronic illness, seated and floor movement, nervous system regulation, guided meditation, mobility and stretching, anti-inflammatory recipes, and foundational wellness habits through the Balance BaSIX.

Created by Kristie Calise, Exercise Physiologist and Board-Certified Integrative & Functional Nutrition Practitioner with lived experience of chronic illness.

Subscribe for chronic illness education, functional nutrition, gentle movement, flare support, nervous system healing, and new episodes of the Balance Banter podcast.
