Khing Jus Wurk | Entertainment, Fitness & Family

I'm Frank David Monroe, professionally known as Khing Jus Wurk. Brooklyn raised me; Atlanta is where I'm building.

Music, acting, movement, writing, fitness and family are parts of the same life. I believe change takes accountability, honesty and the daily effort to show up for the people we love. My past is testimony to what I've lived and what I'm learning. It doesn't set the limit on who I can become.

Here you'll find original music, on-camera work, training, honest reflections and life beyond the highlights. I'm building a creative career that provides for my family, with room for humor, curiosity and being myself.

WURKXCREW is the community growing around that commitment. Connect, create and support each other's growth while walking your own path.
