HoodAngelZ - JAM Malibu

With a background in physical therapy, over 20 years of experience teaching every workout you can imagine, and a passion for healing bodies and souls, Neda has created a unique technique that transforms bodies and lives. She is the only trainer who combines high-intensity cardio, strengthening, lengthening, and toning in every class. She trains everyone from professional athletes, celebrities, and backup dancers to everyone who wants to look and feel their best. Neda’s undying passion for teaching how to move the body effectively while releasing inhibitions and stress is only one of the reasons “JAM” bodies and souls transform so quickly. Neda’s compassion for healing the body and soul is the reason why JAM is “the go-to” workout for people with injuries, cancer, depression, anxiety, or anyone who just wants to be fit. Her goal is to heal and make people feel better about themselves. “The inner is what’s important; the outer comes with it.”
