At human-spirit I believe that life should not only be about trying to cope with or overcome everyday human difficulties and problems - be they physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual - but should involve an exploration into all that we are capable of being by unlocking our potential and connecting our individual consciousness with something bigger than ourselves, call it God/Nature/Spirit/The Absolute.
