This is the official YouTube channel for the cookbook Fill in the Food by Chef Tony Adams.  It's a cookbook that teaches you how to cook by teaching you the cooking techniques, rather than individual recipes.  This allows you to cook by reverse engineering based upon what you have in hand, what's in season, or what's cheapest, rather than what in a given recipe.
