Hello and welcome to Fantail Valley Homestead! We live on the coast of the South Island of New Zealand on 43 acres of recently cleared forestry, we are totally off grid and starting a new homestead from scratch with a big homeschooling family of 7. 
Here on YouTube we share our homesteading journey, gardening tips, caring for pigs, goats, chickens and other animals as well as preserving food, DIY and cooking from scratch.
We aim to show our homesteading journey and help you on your own journey.
