FalTac Holsters

Welcome to FalTac Holsters — where ideas become custom-built gear.
I create custom Kydex holsters and gear from start to finish, using 3D scanning, CAD design, 3D printing, CNC machining, vacuum forming, custom molds, laser engraving, sublimation, and fabrication.
Follow along as I turn customer ideas and unusual projects into finished products — from 3D scanning firearms and accessories, creating custom blocking and molds, designing and printing prototypes, forming and trimming Kydex, and building completely custom holsters and accessories.
I also work on IWB, OWB, Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 holsters, magazine carriers, fire/EMS equipment, protective Kydex solutions, custom engravings, and one-off builds.
You’ll see the entire process — including the successes, failures, experiments, and crazy ideas along the way.
From scan to finished product, if I can build it, I'll give it a shot.
FalTac Holsters — If it doesn't exist, let's build it.
