Join me for gentle 4–6-mile hikes along scenic, easy-to-follow trails across the UK, at a relaxed pace with plenty of time to pause and take in the surroundings. I also share calm kayaking trips on tranquil, non-tidal rivers and canals, focused on peaceful paddling rather than effort, along with visits to historically rich places and beautiful countryside spots.

As a retired adventurer living with osteoarthritis and chronic lower back pain, I prioritise comfort and flexibility, showing that it’s still possible to explore and enjoy the outdoors at your own pace, whatever your ability.

When I can’t get outside, I bring nature indoors with relaxing fishkeeping videos that inspire the same sense of calm and connection.
