Wingman Deekshit

Hay there everybody, my name is DEEKSHIT SANGA.
I am a certified fitness professional.
This channel is about creating a community of fit and healthy people.

In this channel you will find authentic fitness & nutrition knowledge and workout videos in telugu.

I strongly believe that fitness is not a SESSIONAL HABIT, fitness is a "LIFESTYLE".

If want to be fit and healthy you don't need gym membership, costly equipment in your home etc, these are all secondary needs, at first All you need is a strong intention to be fit. #deekshitsanga #dfitclub
