Chef Evan Outdoors

On my days off from the kitchen I enjoy hiking in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, BUT I don't leave my passion for cooking behind. With every video upload I hope to inspire you to push your meals beyond cold soaking and rehydrating on your adventures. Lets "up your backpacking culinary game" together!!

Get outside and feed your adventure!!
