Bang A Beat Family-Centred Therapies

Bang A Beat Family-Centred Therapies provides individual and group based Speech-Language, Occupational, and Neurologic Music Therapy sessions, as well as drum circle facilitation and adaptive music lessons in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  

The Founder and Director of Music Therapy at Bang A Beat Family-Centred Therapies is Jaclyn D. Sorenson, MTA, MT-BC, NMT.  She is both accredited through the Canadian Association for Music Therapy as well as Board Certified through the Americam Music Therapy Association.  In 2009, she went on to earn her advanced credentials as a Neurologic Music Therapist from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.  She is currently a member of both the Canadian Association for Music Therapy and the American Music Therapy Association.
