Andy Savva - The Garage Inspector

I'm Andy Savva, The Garage Inspector. Twenty-five years as an independent owner, and I sold one of the best garages in the country. Now I help owners build a business that runs without them.

Most garage owners are brilliant technicians who were never taught the business. Nobody showed you what an hour costs you, how to price without flinching, or how to stop being the bottleneck in your own workshop. So you work harder every year for the same money, and you can't take a fortnight off without the place falling over.

That's what this channel is for. The numbers, pricing, staffing, the customer experience, and the long game of getting out on your terms.

No theory. I've swept the floor, done the invoicing and had the awkward conversation at the counter.
