Adnan Imam

Adnan Imam is an experienced real estate developer who is the Managing Director at IPE Developments. The company focuses on construction and property development in London, with its current portfolio including 800 units under construction. Half of these units are located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Mr. Imam is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with years of experience in the finance and investment banking sectors. One of his early experiences was at the globally respected financial services firm Merrill Lynch Europe Plc. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the UK-based IPE Group, which has business interests in sectors such as real estate, private equity, technology, textiles and finance. The Group also has investments in the recruitment sector, where it provides medical and construction staff to companies that need them.
