Christine | Therapist

Welcome to the @unconformingmind channel—This is your sanctuary for positivity, growth, and healing☀️

I’m Christine and I’m a family therapist-turned-online entrepreneur. This channel began by blending the science of mental wellness with the art of ASMR. Over time, this channel has become a comforting place for learning, entertainment, and deep relaxation!

This channel is designed to support your emotional well-being, offer a like-minded community, and bring positivity and non-judgement in to your life. My goal is to inspire you to become the absolute best version of yourself. Here, your nervous system can rest—and so can your soul.

Subscribe and let your journey to daily positivity and uplifting energy begin!
