Swept Away With Jennifer Broome

Multimedia travel and environmental journalist Jennifer Broome focuses on adventure travel, solo travel, national parks, road trips, weather, climate, and sustainable tourism. Bylines include Condé Nast Traveler, NatGeo, Travel + Leisure, AAA, and Denver Post. She’s also a television meteorologist and on-camera travel and outdoors expert, host, and reporter with 32 years of live television experience. She was one of the first female chief meteorologist in the United States. She does travel and outdoor segments for the Weather Channel and multiple TV stations in top 35 TV markets. She co-authored 100 Things to do in San Antonio (3rd edition 2024). Jennifer has visited all 50 U.S. states and 289 of 433 National Park Service units including 50 of the 63 national parks (some multiple times).
