Welcome to Builds By The Bay Real Estate's YouTube Channel! We are headquartered in the beautiful town of Thornbury, Ontario. I, Trish Duncan, will be adding short, informative real estate videos designed to educate purchasers or sellers on what to expect when venturing down the new home buying and selling road. 
I chose to specialize in new build real estate sales in the Blue Mountains because, I believe everyone who decides to build new whether through a custom home or subdivision builder, should be an informed joyful experience.  I decided to specialize so that buyers and sellers know there are Realtors out there who will represent their interests. I want purchasers to be aware of what to expect from research to final close. 
I will cover fun topics like: How to choose a property? Should I go with a custom or new build in a subdivision? What can I expect from the builder? What is the sales and design process, what is Tarion? and many other topics. I hope these short videos help!
