Yoga on the Inside

Namaskar and welcome. Our hope is that this channel will inspire your own self-exploration, self-healing, and self-love through the practice of Yoga.

Yoga on the Inside is a method of Yoga pioneered by teachers Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels. Eddie is an internationally recognized teacher, who has studied extensively with yoga masters BKS Iyengar, SK Pattabhi Jois, HS Arun, and Manouso Manos. Often labeled the “teacher’s teacher,” Eddie has a knack for making “ordinary” poses challenging, detailed, and transformative. 

Kristin Bosteels has devoted her life to yoga for the past 20 years, and is most passionate about sharing its therapeutic benefits with those in need. Having navigated several physical and health issues, using yoga to soften her experience, she teaches from that place of deep understanding. 

Yoga is for every body, being, and soul. Whether you are a teacher yourself, or brand new to the practice, we are humbled to share our understanding of it with you.
