VDOT Library

The VDOT Research Library was established in 1945. In 1954 it was added as a business unit of the Virginia Transportation Research Council (VTRC), a joint venture between the Virginia Department of Transportation and the University of Virginia located on University grounds. Today the library has physical holdings of more than 60,000 volumes and provides VDOT employees and other authorized users access to millions of online books, standards, articles, papers, reports and more through a publicly accessible Web site: https://library.vdot.virginia.gov

This channel was created to help the library provide virtual online access to self-guided instructional and promotional videos. Our videos help VDOT employees locate the right information, at the right time, and in the right format.
