The Time of Your Life is a one-half hour television program. The Show is in its 29th year and is locally produced with various segments networked in all markets.

The Show has a magazine format with segments of interest of all the viewing public that are educational, informative, and entertaining.

Jack Galassini and Virginia Whitfield host The Time of Your Life in the Montgomery market on WSFA Sunday mornings. Bob and Janie Mosca host the program in the Birmingham Market.
