In this video I show you how I connect the Shure SM7B XLR Microphone to my computer using the various components I use. I also show how the dials are set on my dbx286s and Focusrite 2i4. As well as what signal level I shoot for (spoiler alert -12 db with a peak of -6db) and how I map audio from the left channel to the right.
