Skate Park Požega

Skate Park Požega is located within the Sports and Recreation Center near the city center and was officially opened on May 12, 2005. In 2014, the Skate Park was renovated and upgraded with new materials, repairs, and improved lighting as part of the renovation of the entire Sports and Recreation Center.

With the support of the City of Požega and the Mayor, local riders Nikola Kovačević, Ivan Reponj, and Marin Pavlović have continuously worked to highlight the needs and issues of the Skate Park.

In 2020/2021, Marin Pavlović, together with "Tonbe Skateparks", presented the idea of building new concrete skateboarding elements, while Nikola Kovačević proposed new LED lighting and two additional poles.

Both projects were accepted, transforming the Skate Park into a modern professional concrete skatepark with six LED lights on three poles.

The story of Skate Park Požega continues.
