Youtube has disabled comments on our videos except for these random ones.
First, Youtube told us it was because we had videos of kids under 12 years old doing gymnastics. But, we don't.
Then, Youtube said it was because we had inappropriate comments. Again, never have.
Now, Youtube is telling us it's because our videos are made specifically for kids under 12 years, like learn your ABC songs or toy reviews. Nope. Still not us.
Every time we talk to Youtube it's like talking to a brick wall. When explaining how none of these new rules apply to us, Youtube doesn't care.
Everyone on Youtube can now choose if a video is made for kids or not. Except us. Youtube has permanently disabled that option on our channel.
Everyone on Youtube can also appeal if Youtube disabled comments by mistake. That option is also not available to us.
So, what is really going on? Why are comments so important? Other than the great feedback we get from all of you, our videos are no longer viral, or searchable and with limited to no ads. Youtube does not want us on their platform anymore, because we are not a corporation or a huge channel. They have hand picked who's channels they want to grow. That is why these rules don't apply to ALL channels.
We wouldn't be surprised if Youtube deletes our channel next without any warning, for no reason, and we wouldn't be able to do anything about it. So, we'd like to thank you now for all your love and support over the years, incase it happens. In the meantime, tell us what you think on one of these videos where you can comment! Thanks!
