Lost Sphear is a JRPG developed by Tokyo RPG Factory and published Square Enix. Tokyo RPG Factory is a studio created by Square Enix to create JRPGs like the ones from the golden era of the era. Lost Sphear, their second title, was released on January 23rd, 2018. The game has a battle system similar to Chrono Trigger's and I Am Setsuna but managed to add some QoL modification to the latter. Lost Sphear was developed using Unity and was first released in Japan. The game hasn't received stellar reviews, underperforming to their first title, I Am Setsuna.

Battle Chasers: Nightwar is a RPG developed by Airship Syndicate Entertainment. The game was successfully kickstarted and fully funded a week into their campaign in September of 2015. Airship Syndicate Entertainment is a small studio based in Austin, Texas. The company was founded by four Vigil Games vets, developers behind the Darksiders games. Lovers of the 90s Battle Chasers comic and of RPGs of old, they decided to develop a RPG that felt modern. In Battle Chasers: Nightwar, you will get to play with a strategic turn based battle system, find secrets, explore randomly generated dungeons, all while enjoying a story set in a well established universe.
