Breed Specific Legislation is responsible pet ownership & doesn't necessarily mean ban American Pit Bull Terriers. Bad people get APBT for bad reasons. They're the no. 1 most abused dog, victims of dogfighting - where they're burned alive, drowned, electrocuted, endure so much pain you don't want to think about it. BSL can stop these problems. It means mandatory neutor/spay (eliminating over population: but thats cruel right!),  mandatory microchips, secure fencing, prohibiting certain classes of people from owning them, kept on a leash when in public. These rules cut back on animal cruelty as well as attacks. But you anti BSL idiots enjoy seeing bags of drowned puppies washing up on the lake shores don't you!  It's a fact that not everyone can own an APBT. They should either be banned, OR if you want to own one then the only ones that should be put at risk are yourselves. Go give that rally money to a dog fighting charity you selfish pigs.
