Adi Westerman | Hot Yoga Asheville

Welcome! I’m Adi Westerman: yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, retreat leader, and founder of Hot Yoga Asheville and El Nido Uvita.

Here you’ll find free yoga classes and practical instruction built from more than 20 years of teaching and practice. Expect Hot 26 and Original Hot Yoga, full-length hot yoga classes, Vinyasa and Power Flow, posture tutorials, alignment tips, mobility, breathwork, meditation, and more.

Whether you’re practicing at home, looking for a 30-minute class, rolling out your mat for a full 90 minutes, or wanting to understand your practice more deeply, my goal is to give you tools you can actually use — and classes you’ll want to come back to.
