Please always make sure gymnasts have enough space around them before starting any activity
Gymnasts must only work within their own physical and mental limit
All challenge activities are for fun and to encourage the children to improve their own personal bests. 
Gymnasts must always be supervised when doing physical activity at home
We will always try to cater for all abilities in our live and pre-recorded videos and will be focusing on fitness, conditioning and flexibility development
Parents please encourage your child to take part in a positive way, never force them to participate
Whilst we recognise that many children will be practising gymnastics skills at home it is important to be aware that the British Gymnastics membership insurance will only cover participants doing these skills in the gym.
Please always stay safe, keep exercising to stay fit, and above all stay healthy!
