Anandartistry

Hi I am Anand Sreenivasan, a professional impressionist watercolor artist from India with years of experience working in landscapes, seascapes and architectural paintings. It is my privilege to be able to share my works which I conceive and produce in my studio, or share my pleinair adventures and travel experiences with the world.
To me art is to express my joy, emotions and experiences of dimensions within myself which are difficult to articulate, and watercolors is my medium as it lets me imprint the essence, mood, memories and atmosphere of the places I visit, visually.
I have had the greatest fortune to train under the tutelage of legendary artist AV Ilango Sir (who is to me the Picasso of south India), Sadhu Aliyur Sir, Sergei Kurbatov, Ekaterina Sava, Kangkan Das and Abhijit Sir. To me, being a passionate painter is my dream come true.
