💪 Hi, I’m Jihyun — a mid-50s fitness lover!
I’ve been training with Coach Kim (MomTV) since June 2024, and fitness has truly transformed my life. After years of neck pain and menopause struggles, weight training helped me regain strength and confidence — and I even completed my first body profile shoot this year! Now I enjoy running and table tennis again. If you’re hesitating to start exercising — just start today! It will make your body and mind stronger than ever. ❤️🔥
