Íntegro Sonoro

Founded by Moira Lo Bianco, Íntegro Sonoro® is committed to advancing integrative practices grounded in sound and encompassing the performing and healing arts.

Its core mission is to reflect on the importance of deep listening as a way to foster a sense of wholeness, exploring the impact of sound on human health and wellness while investigating the mind-body connection.

Through music, sound therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, Íntegro Sonoro® creates accessible and inclusive opportunities for embodied listening, self-awareness, and mindful presence.
