Zuza Engler :: Moving with Life

Join us on the path Embodied Inquiry: a unique, leading-edge approach bringing together conscious movement, awareness training, inner work, and mindfulness practice into an integrated transformative process that touches body, heart, and spirit.

The process draws upon three main sources: Soul Motion®, Open Floor, and Continuum Montage as practices of conscious dance and embodied leadership; body-centered explorations of Gestalt Awareness Practice; as well as somatic and meditative inquiries of Tibetan Buddhism and other ancient and modern traditions. Other inspirations include Lomi Somatics, Authentic Movement, Aikido & more.

Let's wake up to moving with Life, together!
